Privacy Policy
Last updated: March 2026
1. Introduction
At ContractTalk.ai, we take your privacy incredibly seriously. We understand that property contracts contain highly sensitive personal and financial information. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data when you use our AI contract analysis tool.
2. How We Handle Your Documents
We do NOT use your contract documents for any other purpose than providing the analysis service to you.
- No AI Training: Your uploaded contracts and the resulting chat logs are strictly isolated and are never used to train, tune, or improve our AI models or third-party AI models.
- Temporary Storage: Documents are securely uploaded to process the text. We configure our systems to cache your document only for the duration of your active plan (e.g., 1 day, 7 days, or 14 days). Once your plan expires, the document is no longer accessible.
- Confidentiality: We do not read, share, sell, or rent your uploaded documents or chat histories to any third parties whatsoever.
3. Data Collection
We collect minimal data required to run the service:
- Uploading: The PDF files you upload for analysis.
- Payments: Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see, store, or process your credit card numbers. We only store a reference ID and payment status provided by Stripe to verify your transaction.
- Service Usage: Standard web analytics (like IP addresses and user agents) which are collected automatically for rate-limiting (anti-DDoS) and service monitoring.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Once your purchased plan (1, 7, or 14 days) expires, your access to the chat session expires. The underlying data cache used for the AI is automatically purged. You may also request manual deletion of your session data at any time by contacting us.
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
