Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using ContractTalk.ai ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ContractTalk.ai is an artificial intelligence-based software tool designed to read and interpret uploaded property contracts. The Service generates summaries, identifies potential risks, and provides conversational responses regarding the contract's contents.
3. No Legal Advice / Disclaimer
CRITICAL NOTICE: The Service does not provide legal advice. ContractTalk.ai is a technology tool, not a law firm, lawyer, or conveyancer.
- The AI's outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or lack the nuance a qualified human professional would provide.
- You must not rely on the Service as a substitute for professional legal counsel.
- We strongly advise you to consult with a qualified legal professional in your jurisdiction before signing any binding legal document.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the Service.
4. User Responsibilities
By uploading a document, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right and authority to upload, share, and process that document through our Service. You agree not to upload illegal, defamatory, or harmful content.
5. Payments and Refunds
The Service requires a one-time payment for a specified period of access (e.g., 1, 7, or 14 days) to deeply analyse a single uploaded contract. Because the intensive AI analysis is executed immediately upon successful payment, all sales are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable Australian Consumer Law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContractTalk.ai and its creators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use the Service or resulting from relying on the information the AI provides.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8. Contact
